What 8 developers can do versus Oracle's IAM stack re: Healthcare.gov

Good short video discussing the work that was done among other things to replace Oracle's IDM/OAM/OVD/OID with a small lightweight solution running on AWS. As we have discussed at our user group meetings, the new solution is simple, the performance gains were great, and as shown here, the cost savings were incredible.
